recommended if you are in Medan.

Selecting the tender and delicious meat from the soup stock
interestingly in a plate not in a bowl as a usual soup serving style.

After selecting he will add the shredded carrot soup to the plate
in a very confident movement.

This is the stall look form our sitting point of view
which we all have to wait in patience.

Fortunately there is a clam satay which is cover with a light sweet
and spicy taste to calm us down and get of our mind from 
the juicy and tender meat we were craving for.

Ahhhh it had finally reach our table, as you can see those

things on the side is shredded carrot which filling the soup

and no coconut milk involving in this nice aroma spices mix 
with the sweetness smell of carrot.Believe me the taste is nice

with the mixture of the right spices and the rumor about 

the tender meatwas very true. If you want to have other things 

beside meat come earlier.

A compliment to the meal is a mixture of grounded green chili
sweet spy sauce, slice shallot and another slice green chili in pickle style.
The taste is a mixture of sweet, spicy, slightly sour and a kick of hot shallot feel.
The way i did it was mix it well and put it on my meat before consuming it.
It riches the meat flavor to the other level, well at least for me since i do
love the hot spicy things too.
